   • Unless otherwise stated, coaching fees are non-refundable once the engagement has begun, except where required by applicable law.

   • where you give explicit permission to share;

   • where we are required by law to report (e.g., risk of harm to self/others); or

   • for anonymous supervision or professional development purposes, with identifying details removed.
